Digital Service Policy

Because AI Listing Copilot is a digital service and generated outputs are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits or generated output have been used.

Eligible Cases

We may review refund requests in cases of duplicate charges, material billing errors, or a verified service failure that prevented reasonable use of a purchased plan.

Request Window

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date with enough detail for us to review the issue.

How to Request

Email hello@kcbuy.xyz with the purchase email, transaction details, and a short explanation of the problem.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
